After they pass our initial training and inspection, we join together regularly for focus sessions on topics such as, "Fairy Tale Customer Service", "Understanding what the Bride and Groom Want," "How to Effectively Coordinate the Reception" and 
"How to Work Well with Other Vendors." 

As a result, our DJs are doing what brides have asked us to do. Sounds like a great business concept, right? Only take someone's money if you give them what they've asked for. Don't do the things that drive them nuts.
